What makes Rassapoom Clinic different from other aesthetic clinics?

Do I need to see Dr. Rassapoom personally, or can I see another physician?

All our physicians are board-certified and trained directly under Dr. Rassapoom’s protocols. For routine treatments at any of our 5 branches, our senior physicians perform them to exactly the same standard. Dr. Rassapoom himself is available by appointment at Sukhumvit 49 — if you specifically wish to see him, please mention this when booking and we will arrange it.

How do I know which treatment is right for me?

Book a free consultation. This is genuinely the best answer — no online quiz or self-assessment replaces a physician examining your face, skin, and anatomy. During the consultation, our physician will assess your concerns, explain the options clearly, and recommend what will actually help including telling you if something won’t make a difference or isn’t necessary.

Is there a minimum age for treatment?

For most injectable treatments, patients must be 18 years or older. For cosmetic surgery, we typically prefer patients to be at least 20 years old with fully developed facial structure. Some treatments such as laser hair removal can be performed from 16 years with parental consent. Age requirements are confirmed during consultation based on the specific treatment requested.

Do you have English-speaking staff?

Yes. Our Sukhumvit 49 branch has English-speaking physicians and coordinators. For international patients, we recommend booking at Sukhumvit 49 and specifying that you require an English consultation. Our LINE team also communicates in English for pre-appointment questions and aftercare support.

Can I combine multiple treatments in one visit?

Yes, and we often recommend it. Common combinations include filler + Botox, filler + SkinVive, or lifting device + skin booster. Some combinations require sequencing for example, Ulthera is typically done before filler in the same session, not after. Your physician will advise the safest and most effective combination and timing during consultation.

What is your policy on patient privacy?

Patient confidentiality is absolute. We never share patient information, before/after photos, or treatment records without explicit written consent. Before/after photos used in our content are always consented. For celebrity or high-profile patients, we offer additional privacy protocols including private consultation rooms, separate entrances, and appointment-only slots at Sukhumvit 49. We comply fully with Thailand’s PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act).
